Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Manage family law cases from start to finish.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, including regular status reports and case reviews.
- Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers.
- Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and client satisfaction.
- Conduct hearings, mediations, and consultations.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas, 5 or more years preferred.
- Valid Texas bar license for at least 2 years.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Passion for the courtroom and handling mediations and consultations.
- Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in drafting and managing documents using software such as TxDoc and Clio, MS Office, or Google Suite.
