Duties

• Oversee a substantial caseload involving catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, major orthopedic injury, and wrongful death claims.

• Partner with departments such as client intake, case management, property damage, negotiations, and lien resolution to ensure smooth case progress.

• Translate legal strategy and updates effectively to clients and opposing counsel.

• Represent clients in legal hearings and case-related proceedings.

• Develop expertise in pre-litigation strategies under the guidance of senior legal professionals.

Requirements

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.

• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills to explain legal concepts in plain language.

• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a team-driven environment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and legal case management systems.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
