Duties

• Handle litigation of personal injury cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and assist as first or second chair.

Requirements

• Experience in personal injury litigation representing plaintiffs.
• Proven track record of settlements or verdicts for plaintiffs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to organize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time, in-person position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
