Duties
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation matters.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment plans.
- Draft and review demand packages.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

- Collaborate with a support team including case managers and demand writers.
- Maintain detailed notes and case activity in the legal CRM.
Requirements
- Active California Bar License and in good standing.
- Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution.
- Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
