- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in commercial litigation
- Familiarity with discovery procedures, depositions, pleadings, and document review
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of your office of interest (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Responsibilities:
- Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Manage document review and organization for cases
- Appear in court as needed
