Job Responsibilities:

- Handle client-facing tasks and help clients solve unique challenges affecting their business operations
- Assist with corporate transactional and general business matters
- Support the firm's busy energy practices, including drafting oil, gas, and mineral title opinions
- Opportunity to expand into other practice areas and develop a personal reputation through networking and business development

Requirements:

- 2-5 years' experience in corporate transactional law, general business law, and real estate (litigation background will also be considered)
- Excellent academic record and strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects across various disciplines
- Pennsylvania licensed attorney in good standing (Ohio and West Virginia licensure a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently

Salary and Benefits:
