Job Responsibilities
The Corporate Attorney will be part of the Corporate Practice Group, focusing on business and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions. The role involves:

Education and Experience Information

- Admission to the bar in the state of Wisconsin.
- A minimum of four years of experience in corporate law is required.
- A background in business, accounting, and/or tax is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable.
