Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney
Department: Commercial Litigation
Location: Buffalo, NY
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with partners and other associates on a variety of commercial litigation and business dispute resolution matters
- Conduct research and writing, draft pleadings and dispute complex motions
- Prepare witnesses for trial, take and defend depositions, and assist in bringing cases through trial or arbitration
- Participate in oral arguments and court appearances
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of business and commercial litigation experience
