Overview
**Members Only** is seeking Attorneys with at least five years’ experience for both their litigation practice area and family law practice area. Lateral candidates with more experience are also invited to apply. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, client-centered law practice, working collaboratively and supportively with other attorneys and staff within the department, and providing value to clients as we seek workable solutions to real-life problems. Positions are open in both our Indianapolis and Bloomington offices.

Responsibilities
Family Law Attorneys at
**Members Only** are responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of family law matters. This includes divorce, child custody and support, adoption, domestic violence, and other family law matters. Attorneys must be knowledgeable about the applicable laws and regulations and must be able to effectively advocate for their clients. Attorneys must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- practicing family law
- Active bar membership in good standing in Indiana
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work with clients in a professional and courteous manner
