Job Title: Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation cases, including electronic stored information (ESI) and varied motion practice.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation.
- Participate in court hearings and trials as necessary.

Education and Experience Information:
- Strong academic background is required.
- Judicial clerkship experience is considered a plus.
