To be considered for this position, candidates must be a resident of Nevada and an active member of the State Bar of Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to independently handle cases and analyze complex issues, as well as experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. A solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for advocacy are critical for success in this role.
