Job Title: Collections Counsel

Job Responsibilities:

The Collections Counsel at the company will have the following essential duties and responsibilities:

- Conduct legal and factual analysis in connection with judgment enforcement and collections matters.
- Develop and execute strategies for pursuing debtors and their assets and collecting judgments.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants as necessary.

Education and Experience Information:

- Education: Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in enforcing judgments. Admission to practice in New York or Florida is necessary. Experience with commercial real estate is also required.

Salary Information:

The company offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. The specific compensation offered will be based on an understanding of the hired candidate's qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
