Job Title: Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients after retention to gather in-depth information and set the stage for case management.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned cases, ensuring thorough documentation, maintenance of case files, and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with pre-litigation attorneys to ensure that cases progress appropriately and to align on case strategies.
- Collaborate with the supervising case manager to continuously optimize and improve the pre-litigation process for better efficiency and client outcomes.
- Monitor case progression and extend task deadlines in Clio as necessary to keep cases moving forward.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of case progress, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Use investigation results to clear liability with adjusters.

Education and Experience Information:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury firm is a must.
- Familiarity with case management software such as Clio and Littify.
- Extensive knowledge of medical terms.
- Understanding of pre-litigation and litigation timelines for personal injury cases.
- Demonstrates empathy and a strong commitment to advocating for clients.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
- Ability to lead a team, manage productivity, and be accountable for team performance.
- Tech-savvy.

Salary Information:
- $69,000 Annual Exempt salary
