Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will manage a litigation caseload, from beginning to end. Manage multiple calendars and dockets. Review and organize case materials, timelines, databases, and other documentation. Work closely with attorneys on legal projects. Should have 5-7 years of litigation experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are needed. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Relentless attention to detail is required. Should have the ability to build rapport with clients. Should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments. Knowledge of both State and Federal court key rules and regulations regarding deadlines, due dates and courtroom procedures are needed.
