Job Description:

As an Attorney at TT&H, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception to post-trial. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, making court appearances and mediations, preparing pleadings and other litigation documents, and conducting research as needed. Deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience are highly preferred for this position.

Attorney Responsibilities:

- Manage cases from inception to post-trial
- Communicate with clients to keep them updated on the status of their cases
- Make court appearances and attend mediations
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Conduct research as needed
- Prepare, review, and respond to discovery
- Conduct direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses at trial and in trial depositions
- Meet billing requirements
