Job Responsibilities

The position is designed to provide practical experience and is not eligible for school credit unless through an externship arrangement.
Salary Information
Law clerks work part-time and are compensated at a rate based on their year in law school:
- $26/hour for 1st-year law students
- $28/hour for 2nd-year law students
- $30/hour for 3rd-year law students or recent graduates
Additional Information
- This is a temporary and part-time position within the department.
- The position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is not eligible for benefits.
