Job Title: Project Assistant/Case Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with litigation transactions as directed.
- Handle document control, review, and production.
- Assist in organizing trial exhibits.
- Support factual research and manage the creation and use of various litigation databases.
- Manage multiple tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Collaborate with other projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Attention to detail and follow-through are critical.
- Must be a team player with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships is necessary.
Salary Information:
- The position is eligible for overtime.
- The target salary range varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience:
- Boston: $57,000
- Los Angeles: $67,000
- New York: $62,000
- San Francisco: $67,000
- Santa Monica: $67,000
- Silicon Valley: $67,000
- Washington DC: $57,000
