- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends in insurance law

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the bar in Louisiana
- At least 5 years of experience in insurance coverage law
- Strong knowledge of insurance law, including coverage issues and policy interpretation
- Proven track record of success in handling insurance coverage litigation matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
