Job Title: Tax Senior Manager - Personal Financial Services
Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior Manager in the Personal Financial Services practice at the company, you will be part of a team that assists private companies with various business advisory needs, including audit, tax compliance, and planning. Your role will focus on improving operational efficiency and freeing up time for clients to focus on their business strategy. You will experience the entire business life cycle of a private company, from inception to growth, maturity, and transition. The responsibilities include:

You will work with High Net Worth Individuals and private wealth management structures, providing advisory services to enhance their operational efficiency and focus on personal wealth strategy. This includes developing, designing, and implementing plans to achieve personal wealth goals and maintenance for future generations.
Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Required Fields of Study: Accounting
- Minimum Years of Experience: 6 years
Certification(s) Required:
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader and consultant for high net worth individuals in areas such as financial planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, or trust and estate work.
- Comprehensive technical skills with Form 1040 for High Net Worth individuals and Form K1 production and compliance.
- Proven experience in identifying and addressing client needs.
- Experience leading as a business advisor, developing new relationships, and selling new services with a "One Firm" service mindset.
- Familiarity with a CRM system is preferred.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Experience innovating with new and existing technologies and experimenting with digitization solutions.
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools for client insights.
- Utilization of digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
- Experience advancing pricing strategy through pricing tools and influencing shifts to alternative fee arrangements.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $328,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for the position. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
