Job Title: Post-Bar Law Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and correspondence that are filed and argued in court.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy, avoiding superficial or redundant work.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Participate actively in client meetings, strategy sessions, and critical discussions, gaining hands-on experience in lawyering rather than merely observing.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness outlines, and drafting jury charges.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys handling significant cases, contributing to the high expectations and demands of personal injury law.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Candidates should have recently sat for the bar exam and are either awaiting results or licensure.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail is crucial, along with legal research, writing, and editing expertise.
- The role requires self-motivation, task orientation, and the ability to manage a docket with multiple cases efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- A demonstrated interest in personal injury law is preferred.

Salary Information:
