**Members Only** is seeking a highly driven and experienced Unemployment Hearing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service for our clients and advocating on their behalf during hearings. You will also be responsible for analyzing case information, preparing clients and their witnesses for hearings, and documenting all communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze individual case information and draw conclusions to effectively represent clients during unemployment hearings
- Prepare and coach client witnesses for hearings
- Document all communication with client witnesses
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about state-specific laws and statutes regarding UI benefits

Experience Needed:

- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or attend local hearings as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
