Key Responsibilities:

- Provide representation for employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings
- Analyze individual case information by reviewing data and documentation
- Prepare clients and their witnesses for unemployment hearing proceedings
- Document all communication with client witnesses

Experience Required:

- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or in-person
- Familiarity with state-specific laws and regulations regarding UI benefits
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience:

- Attorney or ., legal education or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
