Job Responsibilities

- Produce and analyze data for new business and matters at the law firm.
- Maintain the department’s internal website.
- Review and analyze outside counsel guidelines and engagement contracts for the law firm’s clients.
- Collaborate with the Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Risk Attorneys to provide responses to client questionnaires and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Assist with the audit letter inquiry process.
- Support law firm employees in connection with insider lists, legal holds, firewalls, statistical reports, and other projects.
- Maintain the client documentation database and log various client-related documents.
- Conduct risk training sessions for various law firm stakeholders.
- Work on ad hoc projects as they arise.

Education and Experience Information

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and understand a diverse array of law firm systems, technology, and departmental operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage a workload that includes both day-to-day queries and longer-term projects.
- Must be a fast thinker and quick learner, capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and remain confident and calm under pressure.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is preferred.
- Previous experience with statistical analysis is preferred.
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with high personal motivation while also being an effective member of a global team.

Salary Information

- The estimated base salary range for this position is $72,500 to $75,000 at the time of posting.
- The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance.
- This role is non-exempt, meaning it is overtime pay eligible.
