Job Title: Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Product Liability & Mass Torts Associates will be integral members of trial teams, managing significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across diverse industries. These positions demand collaboration within a team focused on delivering exceptional client service and fostering associate development opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in trial teams to handle significant lawsuits.
- Engaging in litigation processes for product manufacturers.
- Navigating complex cases in challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients.
- Collaborating within a team environment focused on client service and professional growth.

Education and Experience Information:
Qualified candidates must have:

- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- 2 to 5 years of tort litigation experience, specifically in mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts, preferably at a large law firm.
- Local bar admission is required.

Candidates should be recognized as having experience in a "Litigation Powerhouse" environment, reflecting their ability to manage complex and significant legal challenges effectively.

Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for these positions is $235,000 to $365,000. The final salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
