Job Title: Product Liability/Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in all phases of civil litigation in the commercial and product liability sectors, specifically within Pennsylvania state and federal courts. This includes mediation, arbitration, conducting factual investigations, discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and engaging in substantive motion practice.
- Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
- Participate in in-person travel for depositions, court appearances, or trials as required by the development of cases.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action clearly and effectively.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, specifically within the commercial and product liability spaces.
- Candidates must have an active Pennsylvania bar license and experience litigating in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
- Excellent academic credentials are required.
- Prior judicial clerkship experience in Pennsylvania state or federal court is considered a plus.
