Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong advocacy skills are essential for the role.
- Experience in commercial disputes at a large law firm is required, with a preference for exposure to construction disputes.
- Candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Local bar admission or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next bar exam is mandatory.
- Foreign language capabilities are considered a plus.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000.
- The salary offer will depend on various factors such as relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

This position is ideally based in Austin, but other . offices will be considered.
