Labor & Employment Attorney (2-3 years' experience) The candidate should have experience representing employers before local, state, and federal administrative agencies against charges under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the NLRA, wage and hour laws, and employee separation and discipline issues, FMLA, disability accommodations, interviewing and hiring policies, wage and hour compliance, harassment, and workplace investigations. The candidate should have (2-3 years' experience) and experience in drafting handbooks, employee contracts, separation agreements, and a variety of personnel policies; conduct trainings for HR professionals and employers on a variety of employment law topics.
