**Members Only**, a top-ranked AmLaw 50 full-service law firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join our Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of transactions related to the development, acquisition, and financing of renewable energy projects for some of the largest and most innovative players in the industry.
We are looking for candidates with at least four years of experience in project development, contracts work, M&A work, or finance work in the energy industry, specifically with renewable energy projects. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school are also required.
Responsibilities for this position include drafting and negotiating project development and operation contracts, as well as ancillary financing documents. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors.
We are open to considering candidates for all domestic US cities where **Members Only** has offices. Applicants must be admitted to and a member in good standing with the state bar in which they reside.
The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 per year, in accordance with the New York City Salary Transparency Law. A resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required for application.
