Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analysis
- Provide legal opinions and advice to clients on patent matters
- Assist with patent litigation in federal court, if applicable

Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to practice before the USPTO
- 3-5 years of experience with drafting patent applications preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Federal court experience a plus
