- Supporting attorneys in all phases of estate and probate matters, ensuring smooth case progression.
- Coordinating appointments and managing deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, specifically in the area of estate planning.
- Proficiency in WealthCounsel is strongly preferred, indicating familiarity with specialized legal software.
- Familiarity with Arizona probate procedures, which is crucial for the role.
