Job Title: Well-Being & Benefits Senior Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The Well-Being & Benefits Senior Specialist at the law firm is tasked with various responsibilities aimed at ensuring the effective delivery of the firm's benefits and well-being programs. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Well-Being & Benefits Department with specific benefits tasks and projects to meet the department's services, goals, and objectives.
- Coordinating and conducting virtual new hire orientations for associates and staff. This involves developing an orientation schedule and managing new joiner benefit queries in follow-up one-on-one consultations to enhance awareness and engagement in the firm's programs and resources.
- Communicating with employees to facilitate their navigation and access to a wide range of the firm's benefits and insurance programs.
- Providing training to new department colleagues on various programs, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ticketing system, and document management.
- Advising and mentoring junior colleagues on best practices, including cross-training, team communication, focusing on team knowledge, and standardizing work to promote operational efficiencies.
- Supporting the Well-Being & Benefits leadership team with escalated or complex matters by involving other stakeholders such as Technology & Information Systems, Payroll, and other adjacent teams, and recommending solutions to resolve issues.
- Utilizing established knowledge and best practices to create content/reference materials for the team and identifying opportunities to address knowledge gaps to the Well-Being & Benefits Manager.
- Safeguarding and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information retained by the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Well-Being & Benefits Senior Specialist position should possess:

- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, a minimum of nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative professional experience is necessary.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of Well-Being & Benefits functions.
- Well-developed and professional presentation and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to critically and independently assess proposed projects, communications, and/or solutions.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Well-Being & Benefits Senior Specialist position is between USD $100, and USD $115, per year. In addition to a generous total compensation package, bonuses are awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
