- Responsibilities include structuring, offering, management, investing, and regulatory matters
- Advise clients on all aspects of private investment fund formation and management
- Experience with limited partnership and limited liability company agreements, securities matters, and various investment acts is a plus
- Merit-based compensation with a salary range of $190,000 - $255,000
- Bonus program and fee splits available
- Expected to work 1800 billable hours, 75 pro bono hours, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
