Pre-litigation Pi Paralegal The candidate will work for the Plaintiff's personal injury firm. Previous personal injury pre-litigation experience required; 2+ years of Colorado pre-litigation PI experience is highly preferred. Should be extremely detail-oriented, demonstrate an elite level of organization, and have a genuine empathy for injured people. This position requires the ability to assist in building a case by working with the client, law enforcement agencies, medical providers, and lien holders to obtain all necessary documentation regarding a client's injury and damages claims. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
