Job Description

**Members Only**'s Tax & International Law Practice Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced senior associate to join its team in the Miami office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax planning and consulting, either with a law firm or the tax department of an accounting firm. The senior associate will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to clients on a variety of tax-related matters, with a focus on international tax.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on domestic and international tax planning and consulting matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters
- Draft and review legal documents related to tax planning and consulting
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services
- Stay updated on changes and developments in tax laws and regulations
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand the firm's tax practice

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
- . in Taxation or CPA license preferred
- 5+ years of experience in domestic and international tax planning and consulting
- Strong academic credentials, with significant coursework in international tax
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish desired but not required
