Attorney Support PROS Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney Support PROS Coordinator plays a crucial role within the law firm's Secretarial & Admin Support department. This position entails organizing and managing the quality of work and workflow of the PROS team in the office. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with the Attorney Support Manager on staffing, attendance, and coordinating vacation schedules to ensure adequate coverage for training and lunch absences. This includes communicating individual team members’ absences to attorneys and paralegals.
- Assessing team members’ skills and assigning tasks to foster skill development across the team.
- Working with the local Attorney Support Manager to provide regular performance feedback to team members and appropriately communicating performance issues to management.
- Participating in the interview process for new team members using the Behavioral Based Interviewing (BBI) model and offering feedback.
- Ensuring all databases, such as Facebook, accurately reflect current attorney support team assignments.
- Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information retained by the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment is necessary.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Attorney Support PROS Coordinator position is between USD $70, and USD $90, per year.
