Job Description:

- Seeking an experienced and driven litigation attorney to join our law firm in The Woodlands.
- Responsible for handling a variety of cases including probate, business, real estate, and estate planning.
- Must be proficient and enjoy litigation.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, probate, business, and real estate law.
- Experience in wills and estate planning is a plus.
- Must be comfortable and capable of working independently while also being a team player.
- This is a full-time position at our office in The Woodlands.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in litigation cases related to probate, business, real estate, and estate planning.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Attend court hearings and depositions.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases.
- Handle a caseload with varying levels of complexity.

Qualifications:

- Valid Bar license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, probate, business, and real estate law.
- Experience in wills and estate planning is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting court hearings.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
