Job Description:
- Assist with high volume of litigation cases for **Members Only**
- Specialize in medical malpractice and nursing home litigation
- Manage files from commencement to trial
- Draft pleadings, responses to discovery, and motions
- Appear for court calls and perform legal research
- Analyze clinical data and take depositions
- Work independently with occasional review from senior partner

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as motions and pleadings
- Review and analyze clinical data
- Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents during discovery process
- Negotiate settlements
- Conduct legal research
- Make court appearances when necessary
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
