Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Finance Associate with 3-6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance transactions, including cash flow credit facilities. A background in private debt transactions is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic qualifications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance matters.

  • Provide legal guidance on cash flow credit facilities and private debt transactions.

  • Manage multiple finance transactions effectively and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative legal solutions for clients.

  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and other related materials.

  • Communicate with clients to provide timely updates on transaction progress.

  • Assist in the development of new business opportunities in the finance sector.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance transactions.

  • Strong background in cash flow credit facilities and private debt space.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Strong academic performance throughout law school.
