Job Title: Receptionist/Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls.
- Enter caller information into the computer system.
- Direct all incoming calls to the appropriate location or person.
- Utilize the basic telephone system and cloud-based case management system.
- Make appointment confirmation calls.
- Assist with processing outgoing direct mail.
- Greet clients and guests.
- Perform general day-to-day office duties as assigned by the Office Coordinator.
Education and Experience Information:

- Great verbal customer service skills are necessary.
- Basic data entry typing skills are essential.
- Good articulation and pronunciation are required.
- A friendly and professional telephone voice is needed.
- A professional appearance is required.
Salary Information:
- The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
- The pay range is $18 to $20 per hour to start.
- There are yearly $1 per hour raises every January.
- Benefits, including retirement and health insurance, are available after the initial 90 days.
- Additional benefits include dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off, a retirement plan, and vision insurance.
