Job Title: Senior Ad Policy Manager, Advertising Trust Policy

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Ad Policy Manager in the Advertising Trust Policy team at Company is tasked with creating and managing comprehensive policy sets. This includes devising rationale, crafting policy language, facilitating communication, implementing technical solutions, and conducting ongoing data monitoring. The role involves:
- Communicating risks associated with policies through high-quality written presentations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership to foster understanding and consensus.
- Collaborating with product teams by developing business requirement documents to ensure policy compliance for new ad products.
- Building collaborative relationships with other policy teams within the Ad Trust Policy team, across Ads Trust, the Sales organization, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units to support policy management.
- Supporting high-risk and high-impact escalations in partnership with moderation and tiered support teams.
- Understanding ad tech systems and how Company’s systems function to inform policy work and influence product managers and leadership.

Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in content moderation, ad tech, product policy, advertising policy, or related roles with a policy focus.
- Experience collaborating with Public Relations, Legal, and Public Policy teams in high-stakes environments.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups within a matrixed organization.
- Experience in managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to earn trust at all levels, including leadership.
- Ability to make complex decisions with limited data.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.
- Proven experience in owning and managing large-scale policy changes.
- Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis.
- Proven experience in digital advertising policy, compliance, or legal fields.
- Experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or related fields.

Salary Information:
The base pay for this position ranges from $124,600/year in the lowest geographic market to $206,100/year in the highest geographic market. The salary is influenced by factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Company is a total compensation company, and depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be part of a total compensation package. Additionally, a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits may be provided.
