Law Firm Seeking Civil Litigation Associate with 3-5 Years of Experience

Are you a skilled litigation attorney with experience in civil litigation? **Members Only** is currently looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Civil Litigation Associate. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex commercial cases, including product liability, construction defect, employment, and more. If you have 3-5 years of experience and are admitted to practice in Oregon, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle civil litigation cases involving complex commercial issues, product liability, construction defect, trusts and estates, employment, environmental and personal injury.
- Draft pleadings, communicate with clients, argue motions, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations, judicial settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials.
- Actively engage in career development and strive to deliver excellent legal services.
- Take ownership and primary responsibility for assigned matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Embrace diversity and teamwork within the firm.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Admission to practice in Oregon; admission to practice in Washington is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
