This is a great opportunity for lawyers with 2-4 years of experience in the field of law to become a part of our dynamic and growing team.

Job Title: Associate - Strategic Advisory and Restructuring

Salary Information: Competitive salary based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist public and private businesses, executives, and investors in distressed situations
- Provide counsel to clients in out of court restructurings and chapter 11 bankruptcies
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and contracts
- Attend meetings with clients and other legal professionals
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute legal strategies

Experience Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in the practice of law
- Strong understanding of bankruptcy and restructuring laws and regulations
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Exceptional writing skills

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar in the respective office location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
