We offer a competitive salary of $225,000/year (pro-rated based on duration of employment) and the opportunity to work in one of our many offices across the United States.
Our ideal candidates are those who have excellent academic credentials and attend an ABA-accredited law school. We are currently accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Associate Program in the Litigation Department, with positions available in multiple offices including Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, Madison, Miami, Milwaukee, New York, Orlando, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, Tallahassee, Tampa, and Washington, .
As a summer associate at **Members Only**, you will receive dedicated mentoring from a senior attorney, as well as guidance and support from our summer program coordinators. You will also have the opportunity to participate in firmwide training programs and activities to develop and strengthen your professional skills. In addition, you will receive detailed and specific feedback on your projects, as well as formal reviews at the midpoint and end of the summer.
Our summer program typically runs for 10 weeks, from May through July, and includes a multiday summer associate retreat in Chicago, IL. This event brings together all of our summer associates from across the firm and provides an opportunity to learn more about Foley, meet with firm leadership, connect with peers, and enjoy some of the sights in the Windy City.
