- Seeking skilled and experienced Immigration Associate Attorneys to handle various immigration cases
- Responsible for preparing petitions and applications, responding to requests for evidence, and reviewing non-attorney staff's work
- Manage client relationships and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Work closely with team to deliver high-quality legal services to clients

H2: Qualifications

- . from an ABA-approved law school
- Active member of any state bar in the United States
- Ability to manage 100+ case files and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- At least 5 years of experience in business immigration and familiarity with immigration case management system
- Strong legal research and writing skills, as well as communication skills
- Desire to grow professionally within the firm and commitment to full-time availability
- Proficiency in using case management software highly desired
