Salary: Competitive salary with bonuses, reflecting contributions and alignment with business development goals. Tiered compensation structure with billable hour targets of 1200, 1500, and 1900 annually.

Location: Philadelphia, New Jersey, or Tampa

Experience: 5+ years in employment litigation, with a proven track record of success in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities:

- Managing cases from start to trial
- Strong legal writing and procedural knowledge

- Must be licensed to practice in PA, NJ, NY, and/or FL
