Salary range of $235,000 - $280,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:
Counseling on government contracts performance issues
Litigating CDA claims, bid protests and FCA cases
Supporting internal and government investigations arising in connection with government contracts
Reviewing contract and subcontract agreements and FAR and DFARS flow-downs
Performing general research and writing in support of the department’s full scope government contracts practice
Qualifications:
2-4 years of legal experience required
Prior government contracts experience with a law firm is strongly preferred
Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing
Must include a law school transcript with application
Must be willing to travel as needed
