Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to join our team in various locations. As a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney at WJCB, you will be responsible for defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation cases. This includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Preparing for and representing clients in hearings and trials
- Negotiating settlements and handling appeals
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Defense
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the office is located
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successfully handling workers' compensation cases

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Paralegals to join our team in various locations. As a Paralegal at WJCB, you will work closely with our attorneys to provide support in all phases of workers' compensation defense cases. This includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assisting with trial preparation and attending hearings
- Managing case files and maintaining case deadlines

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Workers' Compensation Defense
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
