Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives as required, managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly.
Education and Experience Information:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in work.
