Law Firm Seeking Employment Associate with 3-5 Years’ Experience in Employment Law
Are you a highly skilled employment attorney with 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation? Do you have a passion for representing both employers and employees in high-stakes cases? Glaser Weil, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an associate to join our dynamic and sophisticated employment practice. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work on a variety of meaningful cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Representing employers and employees in high-stakes litigation involving employment and wage-and-hour claims
- Providing advice and counseling to clients on employment matters
- Conducting workplace investigations
- Developing creative solutions to meet client needs
- Managing multiple tasks effectively and working independently
- Maintaining exceptional responsiveness and client service
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Writing, verbal, and advocacy skills with excellent attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in employment law
- Employment litigation experience on the defense or plaintiff side, or both preferred
- Exceptional academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- California Bar admission
