Burke, a leading law firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney to join our Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment litigator with strong writing skills to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of single-plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will also have experience with PAGA and class action cases, although this is not a requirement.
At Burke, we value our attorneys and offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $140,000 to $215,000, depending on experience and years of practice. In addition, we provide annual performance-based bonuses to reward our associates for their hard work and dedication.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a hybrid work arrangement option, as well as an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. Our billable hour requirement is 1850, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) with a partial match. In addition, our attorneys are eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
